vit-a-meat-a-veg-a-min

No clue what the heck that stuff is, but it doesn't sound tasty... But I am trying to remember to take my daily vitamins again, as well as work out more often. I did the dvd with Chai yesterday, that thing kicks my ass. I did a 10 minute mile on the treadmill, while Chai got ready, then did the dvd with her. I'm not super sore today, but my muscles still feel tired. My four flights of stairs to get home really sucked after all those squats, lunges, and stuff. Glad I did my grocery shopping the day before. :) It sure will be quite satisfying when I can make it all the way through the whole dvd.

Pretty much, but my arms and chest were dead, and I couldn't hold the plank, push up position at the end. I'm happy I can still push out a 10 minute mile though.
