Yesterday I had dinner at Cheesecake Factory, had the Ahi Carpaccio which was surprisingly fabulous. Also had artichokes. And of COURSE a slice of low-carb cheesecake :) I even managed to buy a to-go slice for Fatty to try. So tasty.
Today, I am doing nothing but cleaning. Its barely 1pm, and I am pooped already! My bedroom is an insane mess. I have a LOT of clothes, and a strong aversion to doing laundry :-) Together, it's a disaster.
I've already bagged up almost 4 large garbage bags of clothes to donate. Yay.
I've been great with my treadmilling. I jog a 1/4 mile, get off, recoop, do some other exercises, and hop back on for another 1/4. My daily goal is to do as many running quarter miles I can, but as long as I get it one or two for now I am happy. I am going to slowly work my way up to being able to jog a full mile at 4.0 miles an hour. Not sure how long it'll take for me to get there... but I am positive I will! the 1/4 is already getting easier the more I do it. It's amazing how fast our bodies adapt to exercise.
Anyway, back to my cleaning . . . . anyone wanna come help?? ;-) Get folding!

I'm with ya on the milling... Did 1.5 miles at 3.1 mph listening to David Allen Coe.. My goal is 1/2 mile at 4 mph listening to Meat! As quick as the body gets used to it, it also forgets as fast..
