Momentary Lapse (of reason)

Sorry for being overdue on posting.

I have opened a new post multiple times, but I literally have had nothing to share!
And I still don't.. but I just can't let this blog go a WEEK without posting something!
That's horrendous!

So, let's see...

Diet :
Eating good. My calories have been impeccable and on-point, WITH one exception of Saturday, where I took Fatty out for a special dinner, and I went over by about 500 calories. Not too shabby, still.

Exercise :
Same ol' Same ol'. I had one rest day this past week, other than that, I've been keeping up with it and doing good!

Weight :
I am now UP 9.5lbs. Obviously, I can't explain it, and I can't seem to do much about it, seeing as how my eating and exercise is on point. I just have to wait it out a bit and see what sticks.

Keep Calm and Carry On. As they say.

Bry had a tiny sundae, of low-carb ice cream, sugar free strawberry syrup, whipped cream, and a sprinkling of dark chocolate mini chips
Mine, is a golden delicious apple, with peanut butter and dark chocochips.

So glad you posted. :) Even if your weight is doing odd things. I'm betting on the increased muscle weight from all of those workouts. So waiting to see what sticks is a very good plan. Maybe those hungry muscles will start helping you out. Ooh, lovely food pics. And yay, someone else who likes peanut butter. :)

i need to stick to my plan with your dedication. i'm like a flip flopper in plan terms!

your food pics kill me! you should have a food magazine... i would buy it.
