I definitely see that weekends are much harder to stay on plan than during the week. I still ended up with a deficit of over a thousand each day, but I ate about 300 more calories yesterday, and today than I did during the week.

Mainly, because I went out to eat. I'll definitely work on sticking to the plan better on the weekends, but for the most part, I did pretty well. Every day since Thursday, I've said "today will be my day off from exercise" and yet every day I've still done it.
Counting the deficit is what motivates me. When I am done logging in all my foods for the day, and I see the calories, and I think about how much I can lose if I just work off some of those calories... it makes me actually want to! Whoda thunk it.

Still having tummy issues. Not sure if it's getting better...or I am just getting used to it. But we'll see.

Yeah weekends are so awful to be counting calories. The days seem sooo long :)

I love knowing my calorie deficit now too, it really makes me eat less!

Me too! Strangely, it's more satisfying focusing on the deficit than on the intake. Just a different view, I guess..
