Things I learned in my training session last night :

1. Doing 40 minutes of cardio before my session did NOT take away energy from my hour session.

2. I am stronger than most of her clients, INCLUDING the DUDE that was there just before me. Cool :-)

3. Mountain climbers, balancing on a Bosu ball = One of the hardest exercises I have ever done. She said some people cry trying them! lol. I didn't cry. But I do look forward to getting better at them.

4. I have SUCH a long way to go.
