Morning person, my ass!

Morning workout - CHECK
Morning smoothie - CHECK

My day is starting out as planned, and that is always a good sign!

Day one, and I do already hate a morning workout. :-) Fatty and I used to get up at 4:45, and hit the gym at 5am every morning, back in the day! How did we do that?!
Let me break it down for you -

Pros :
• Its good for me

Cons :
• Get up earlier
• Need longer to get ready, cause I never stop sweating!
• Go through 3 outfits a day instead of 2
• Wake up Joel
• My legs SO creaky and sore in the morning

The choice, is CLEAR!
I have to keep doing it.

On top of that, when we were going that early, I didn't even get home from UPS until after 11pm! But I did get to nap afterward. :)

Catching up and I see I've missed lots! Gorgeous Turkey-day spread! 4:45 every morning to exercise? I wish Cro was a morning person or that you lived near me. Then again ...

Nice looking Turkey! Couldn't have done better myself! Haha... I've been getting up at 4:00 for many moons now... Now I have to force myself to get in 15-30 minutes workout again before work. You would think running around that new big building for 11 hours a day I'd be thin as Muddy Momma! But no! Once you get in the habit/schedule it gets easier..
