Made a delicious dinner of BBQ chicken quesadillas, and cheetahs

It was delicious!  (and nutritious!)
With a dessert of 2 kiwis. YUMS.

Had another perfection day of eating. My calories are in tip-top shape! I even drank all my water today.
Wow, what a good girl I am!

I am trying VERY VERY hard to lose 3lbs by the end of the week.
Ridiculous, I know.  But man... I would l-o-v-e to be in the 220's by next week, that would feel pretty awesome.  We shall see.

Since Sunday, the following incredible things have occurred :

I have not eaten anything unnecessary.
I have not consumed more than one serving of artificial sweetener per day (actually, I had NONE today!).
I have not eaten anything from a restaurant or anything pre-fab/pre-packaged.
I have not had more than one item per day with caffeine.

I know its only been 3 days of this. But so far so good.  They aren't really hard and fast rules or anything, its just been a working out this way, and I think its for the best!

i peeled a sweet potato on xmas. do you think it's still good? how can i tell? it was huge?

if so, then now i have a great idea for its use.
