As you can see from my Withings Twitter, I'm up to 228.8 this morning.
I am really, really aggravated at that. Mind you, Withings says that I am UP in lean mass, and down in fat mass, despite the poundage being higher. I know it's just trying to make me feel better.

Something at training on Saturday really messed with my calves. I know it's just muscle soreness, due to the fact that both legs feel the same. But that feeling?
Ridiculous pain.
By far the worst muscle soreness I've ever felt. I am a bit perplexed by it, as everything I did at training were things I've done many times before. Regardless, these legs HURT. I can barely walk, nevermind stairs! oof!
And of course I did a jog/walk for my 3.1 miles yesterday, thinking it would help, But its a bit worse. I've got icy hot on them now. But I am heading out to help carry an elliptical machine up and down a few flights of stairs. just lovely!

For those with today off from work (like me!) I hope you have a great day off!

At the turn of the year you were over 230 so you are loosing... just slowly... my turn at weight loss is going about the same pace as yours... slowly... but surely.. patience.. remember the more you loose the slower it leaves....the trick is when it loose it... let someone else find it!!
Keep on plugging you will come out on top in the end...When the warmer weather comes we will have to go for that 5K fast walk together...I might just beat you...

AHHHHH C'mon Dad!!!!! Loose = not tight.... lose = opposite of gain.. ;)
On an unrelated note, awesome job with keeping up with the treadmill. :)

Hahaha I just nooticed that... Must be my fat fingers hitting the ooo tooo many times....noot a failure to spell. ;-)

Thanks for the kind words but when I set the treadmill too 1.5 mile per hoour it isn't hard too keep up with! Hahahaha
