Things that are good, #920018467

I just got back from running outside. Joel, Corgi, and I went to the rail trail and I ran a ways.
The mini breakthrough is that I jogged outside in a tank top and spandex running capris.
This is only the second time in my life I've been outside, in public in a tank top. 

I hate my arms. Truly, I hate them. My arms and my legs are a real sore spot for me. They are abnormally large, even compared to the rest of my large body. And, even after losing more than 50lbs, I haven't even shaved off a half of an inch from my arms. (not fair!)

BUT.

I am finally getting to the point where I feel more strongly about getting a solid workout in, than what I look like while doing it.
