We Kin Get Thin!

This morning I heard that a fellow blogger buddy has passed away.

Garrett of Stages of Change died last Saturday night.  I am very saddened by this.  I was about to say that I did not know Garrett personally. But that would be a lie. Reading, writing, and commenting on blogs is the most personal you could really get.  We all had the pleasure of knowing his true thoughts and feelings, and getting to know the person inside. I feel like we are a bit more personal on here than we are even in our tangible lives.

Garrett was a sincere, intelligent, and driven guy. From my interaction with him, I know that he was easy to talk to, hard-working, and funny.

He will certainly be missed from this blogging world, as he will,  no doubt, be missed by his family and friends.

The subject of this post is one of my very favorite things that Garrett ever said on his blog.
I believe we all should strive for that same thing.
