Look at this beast I just ate for lunch.
Salad greens, dried figs, goat cheese, prosciutto, balsamic glaze (which I had on the side) and a glop of watermelon gelato (which I am 100% sure was sorbet, not gelato)
I am telling you.. this was fantastic.
Dinner will be a naan pizza with spinach & onions... anyone who says I am lacking on 1,000 calories a day is sadly mistaken! YUM!
