Day 22 : How have you changed in the past 2 years
Well, it's well documented on this blog... but in short - I have changed a lot in the past 2 years... but with so much more to go!
I would say the biggest change has been with the exercise and my attitude toward it. In April, I will be marking 2 years of personal training. It has been absolutely instrumental in changing my feelings about working out.
Aside from that... not much change! I really wish that I was ever-evolving and always improving myself as a person... but in reality, change seems to be much slower than I'd expect. Ask me in another 2 years!
