Successful Day

First day of eating BFL again. And I did great. I just prepped all my foods for tomorrow and packed my gym bag. It may take a lot of working, but I do rather enjoy being organized.

Here is what I ate today!

Meal #1.
3 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1/4 cup of spinach, 1 slice whole wheat toast. ICBINB spray. Salt & pepper.

Meal # 2.
Peach greek yogurt and watermelon.

Meal #3.
Lemon Meringue protein bar (stale! blech), and a 5.5ounce V8 juice.

Meal #4.
1/2 Sandwich of turkey ham and mustard, baby carrots, sugar snap peas, and I made my own dip of greek yogurt, FF mayo and spices.

Meal #5.
Cottage cheese & blueberries

Meal #6.
Brown rice, corn, black beans, tomatillo sauce and fresh salsa. Delish!

those meals look delish!

the stale bar reminded of this morning... when i poured some cream into my coffee mug and it was CHUNKY, grossness. thankfully i was oddly pouring that in first and not the tea!

greek yogurt is the best thing evah.

Haha Sure Melissa... that'll be $25 dollars a day, please!

What is BFL? Hm, well I am a low carber so I could not eat all this and still lose weight (specifically bread and rice and bars) but if it works for you, thats terrific!

I love greek yogurt but only the kind made without alot of sugar.

I hear ya Nancy! As you might know, Fatty and I both were avid low-carbers too, but it simply stopped working for me past the first couple weeks.

BFL is Body For Life
(you can check it out at bodyforlife.com)

Its a meal plan + exercise regimen that can completely transform your body in just 12 weeks. Fatty and I both did it before and had great success! It is super healthy and works well if you follow it!
