Similar to Blue Balls, but pertaining to poop.
You're convinced you gotta deuce. Oh, SO BAD. You go to the potty station, and all you get is a "poooof" Nothing. No dice. You leave the bathroom with a bad case of blue bowels.
Use it, it'll catch on.
